As Head of Service, Hannah provides strategic oversight and supervision across all areas of MCTS, including all clinical services, business development, and central services.
Richard Cross

Richard Cross is our Director of Clinical Services. As well as being a calm and reflective leader, Richard is a highly skilled and specialist clinician, with over 25 years of relevant experience in the field.

Kelly oversees and manages the effective operations of MCTS, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality workflows across the service.
Katie Weaden

As Therapeutic Care Clinical Lead for the South Region, Katie provides leadership, supervision and guidance to the Therapeutic Care clinicians supporting our residential homes to embed trauma informed, therapeutic practice.
Alastair Barrie
Clinical Case Lead and Psychotherapist

Alastair is the Clinical Case Lead for our Assessment and Therapies Services and the Designated Safeguarding Officer for MCTS. He is the first point of contact for any clinical enquiries relating to our Assessments and Therapies services as well as for any safeguarding concerns.

As Workflow Coordinator, Kate oversees the entire end to end journey of Assessment and Therapy clients - from initial enquiry through to referral, instruction, milestone management, report filing, invoicing, and ensuring exceptional customer and affiliate experience.

Mia is a dedicated and experienced administrator who supports all areas of MCTS, including Expert Witness, Autism & ADHD pathways, Assessment & Therapies, Therapeutic Care, HR, finance, marketing, and general office management.
