Katie is Clinical Lead for our Clinical Support to Care Providers Service. She provides leadership, supervision and guidance to the clinicians supporting our residential homes to embed trauma informed, therapeutic practice.
An HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist, Katie has worked across health, care and social care settings since 2009. She specialises in supporting children and young people from care experienced backgrounds, as well as the adults and systems around them. Her creative therapeutic approach enables young people to express and explore their experiences in ways that feel safe and accessible – even when words are difficult.
Katie brings prior clinical leadership experience, supervision training and a strong commitment to reflective, relationship based practice. Promoted to Therapeutic Care Clinical Lead in January 2026, she is warm, grounded and collaborative, and plays a key role in shaping high quality therapeutic care across the region.
