Kelly joined our team in June 2024, bringing with her an incredible 13 years of experience in the expert witness industry specifically.
Kelly oversees and manages the effective operations of MCTS, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality workflows across the service. She manages the central support team and works closely with the Head of Service and clinical service leads to support any operational matters that arise. Kelly is responsible for all central services functions, including referrals management, HR and recruitment, finance, and policies and procedures, with the support of the admin team.
