  • Extensive independent practice since 2016, offering psychotherapy, consultation, assessment and specialist therapeutic services.
  • Experience delivering psychologically informed care across multidisciplinary teams.
  • CAMHS practitioner experience across multiple services, including local authority and agency‑based roles.
  • Expertise in trauma, attachment, family systems, adolescent mental health and complex presentations.
  • Skilled in supporting children, young people, families and carers with a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Former Social Worker and Children’s Practitioner within NSPCC, local authority teams and specialist services.

 Bio:

I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience across social care, CAMHS, fostering, residential and independent practice. My background includes senior clinical roles such as Regional Clinical Lead and Head of Adolescent and Family Services, alongside long‑standing independent therapeutic work with children, young people, adults and families.

I draw on play therapy, CBT and trauma‑informed, attachment‑focused approaches, integrating creativity, relational practice and developmental understanding. I am trained in DDP Levels 1 & 2, the Attachment Style Interview and AIM Intervention, and I am registered with BAPT, BABCP, BACP and Social Work England.

My work spans assessment, therapy, consultation and support for multidisciplinary teams, carers and professionals. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care that helps individuals and families understand their experiences, build safety and strengthen relationships.
