Bio:
I am a trilingual (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) Chartered Counselling Psychologist and EMDR Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience working across private practice, NHS, charity and community settings in both the UK and Hong Kong. I specialise in trauma-informed psychological therapy, including EMDR, and have extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and eating difficulties. I have a particular interest in working with gender, sexuality and relationship diversity, as well as culturally diverse communities. Alongside my clinical work, I provide professional supervision and contribute to research and policy development in psychology. I am registered with the HCPC, a member of the EMDR Association UK, and a registered member of the BACP, and I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care.
