Bio:

I am a HCPC‑registered Psychologist working across academic, clinical and independent practice. I provide specialist psychological assessments, risk evaluations and therapy, alongside designing and delivering tailored training for multidisciplinary teams and forensic services.

My experience spans medium and low secure hospital settings, prisons, youth offending services and charitable organisations, where I have supported individuals who have committed or are at risk of sexual offences.  This, and other sexual interests which may cause distress or confusion, reflect my specialist psychological interest and working expertise.

My therapeutic work is grounded in Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and I have a strong research profile focused on forensic mental health, safeguarding and the prevention of offending.

Alongside clinical practice, I have held academic roles from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer and Programme Lead, contributing to course design, BPS accreditation and the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

I am committed to delivering thoughtful, trauma‑informed and evidence‑based practice across all areas of my work.
