Bio:

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working within mental health services across a range of settings, including the NHS, third-sector organisations, addiction services, secure settings (such as prisons), CAMHS, intellectual disabilities, and adult mental health services.

My work has focused on supporting individuals with complex needs, personality difficulties, and trauma histories. I have a particular clinical interest in intellectual disabilities, autism, and the impact of developmental and relational trauma.

I am experienced in delivering comprehensive psychological assessments, including autism assessments and cognitive assessments using tools such as the WAIS-IV and WISC-V. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and tailored to the diverse needs of the individuals I support. I have experience in several evidence-based interventions including CBT, TF-CBT, Narrative exposure therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I strive to embed trauma-informed principles in my work, considering this across assessments, formulations, interventions and consultancy/ training.
