Bio:

Within my ten years of experience in mental health services, I have worked with clients across the lifespan with varying needs, including physical and learning disabilities. These varied experiences have allowed me to become skilled and knowledgeable in conducting detailed, integrative, compassionate, and person-centred assessments, formulations, and interventions. My approach integrates the social graces and power threat meaning frameworks to produce person-centred and trauma-informed formulations.

Throughout both personal and professional experiences, I have learned the importance of practising patience, self-compassion, self-care and radical acceptance – all of which I strive to apply as therapeutic foundations in my own practice. I am competent in formulating from Psychodynamic, Systemic, ACT, and CBT approaches.

My professional experiences have enabled me to become proficient in conducting detailed and comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments. I am skilled in utilising various assessment tools, including the WISC-V, WNV, WAIS-IV, Vineland-III, ADOS-2, ADI-R and DIVA-5.
