Bio:
I am a HCPC registered, and British Psychological Society Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 6 years post qualification experience, both in the NHS and in private clinical practise. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with understanding, compassion, and practical support, delivering personalised intervention for my clients. I draw on different therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic therapy and compassion focused therapy to understand my client’s presentations. My skills, qualifications, and years of experience working as a registered practitioner psychologist, helps me to utilise a client-centred model.
